bond

Ok, screw that other watch, im going with the Omega Seamaster 300M Diver... This is the watch that Pierce Brosnan wore in all of his movies that he played James Bond in.... Its one of the most popular watches in all of Omegas line and it has that really cool bezel that rotates so you can tell elapsed time or time remaining if diving (or other various situations)... The watch goes for about $2000 and I should have one on my birthday so stay tuned then for an extensive review! yes, I am buying this watch partially because of the James Bond awesomeness, but Ive wanted a luxury timepiece since I was in 8th grade and got a chance to take apart a really excellently crafted rolex replica that ran on a swiss made automatic movement (self winding and uses no batteries). This is one of those types of watches and if you even knew what went into producing one of these you would see why they cost so damn much. This isnt some ordinary target-bought timex here.... this will be a piece that I will hope to someday pass down to future generations of my family...

hot sauce review 2

ok its that time again.... time for another hot sauce review since i have some excellent new additions to the collection...first are probably two of the most well known and definately my top two favorites at the moment...

on the left we have daves insanity sauce.... this was the first sauce to incorporate the extracts of hot peppers for that extra kick and when it first came out, he was kicked out of a sauce awards show for it being too hot.... well, compared to the insane extract based stuff thats out on the market now, this stuff is pretty mild but will still make you NEED a glass of milk... it has a reaaaallly good flavor too and makes an excellent addition to chip dips, salsas and chicken.Second in the picture is Blairs Jersey Death. two words: FUCKING CHRIST! this stuff is double the heat of the last hot sauces review hottest sauce.... this stuff is 750 times hotter then a jalapeno pepper and you can just see the wickedness in the bottle... there is sort of a resin that forms on the side of the bottle in this really dark red syrup. It doesnt really pour out of teh bottle, it just kind of runs out really slowly the way that really thick honey would. i tried a couple dabs on a toothpick and for the first ten seconds i couldnt feel the back of my throat and i think i stopped breathing until i could handle the pain enough to muster up a cough.... this is pretty much the hottest stuff that you can get in a bottle for under ten dollars... Blair currently makes stuff that is 16 times hotter then this but you have to shell out a pretty penny for the bottles because they are quite rare and collectible and really arent even supposed to be consumed. There are warnings on the Jersey Death that tell you that this shouldnt be consumed without diluting it first. amazing stuff. i cant wait to try it on some ramen later today!second, this is the rest of the Blairs line that I have obtained...

i think im only missing one or two pretty rare ones in the "death sauces" line that he makes.... all of these are pretty much the same with a few differences in flavor and each one is progressively hotter then the next by leaps and bounds.... the "possible side effects" is arguably the tastiest sauce in the line and has a lot more ingredients then just peppers and vinegar. I would reccomend this as a good starter sauce in getting into the world of insane killer sauces. the other two are really hot and i havent had much time with them to taste the difference in flavor but i do know that there are a few different ingredients in them so they should be interesting once the burn resides and you can actually taste what is in it!

construction

ok so there was a post last summer about some high rise buildings going in near southdale at the end of teh galleria... well, i was mistaken in thinking that the structure that they were working on was the building itself... that structure is now completed and it turns out that it was the parking ramp for the building that they are just starting on now... they have finally dug the giant hole and put the cranes up... this should be a pretty cool building and make all the other buildings in the area jealous...here is a nice darkened contrast photo of the colossal cranes getting ready for some serious building making
