im sur eyour all going "yes jamie, those are doritos..." well people, these arent just any ordinary doritos. these are SALSA fucking VERDE!!!! these existed about ten years ago and they were my ultimate favorite. they have the perfect blend of spices and arent too hot but are just hot enough to keep you satisfied and wanting more. for some reason they discontinued them at the height of my love for them and i stopped seeing them alltogether. i called frito-lay multiple times to try to find out what had happened to my beloved salsa verde and no one was able to help me.... until a few years ago when someone told me that there wasnt a big enough market for southwestern style foods up in the northern states. thats so bullshit. myself alone buying these doritos is enough of a market! anyways, after numerous anonomous phone calls to frito lay telling them that there is a fan-base up in minnesota, just last year i saw them at the corner store near my work in the small 50 cent bags. i got really excited but this wasnt enough. it was one store that i saw them in and they were small bags that left you wanting way more. well folks, tonight is the night! salsa verde is finally back in full force, everywhere, in the big bags!!! WOOOOOOOOOORD!!!! go get some!!!! keep the market for them up here!by the way, anyone remember smoky red BBQ doritos? those were awesome too but i honestly dont think they are coming back ever.
