ok, what the hell is this cone doing here? is it warning people of the sign (which is much bigger then the cone in the first place!!!)?

ok i know theres enough talk on here about my new omega but i though i would post a nice nighttime illumination shot. Omega has some of the best illuminating watches ever and you really have to see how bright they are in person to appreciate it!
