mn zoo!!!

these pics are from a couple weeks ago on wednesday july 26th... me and my gf went to the minnesota zoo to look at the animals and so i could get a chance to try more settings on my new camera. A lot of the animals werent even out and about because the weather was so hot and humid, so im afraid that a lot of the pictures might not be too interesting with sleeping and lazy animals. Also, this zoo is really hard to get good photographs through glass so please excuse the noise dots that might appear in some of the pictures of the animals that are behind glass.... p.s. i would have posted these a lot sooner if i didnt have to individually re-size and upload every last one of them!!!

UH OH AGAIN!!!!

Look what ELSE I gots!!!this is the replacement to my old trusty sony ericsson camera phone.. its an MDA Vario from t-mobile and it runs windows mobile 5.0. basically a slimmed down version of the windows xp on your computer. You can do just about everything on this thing... internet browsing, word documents, pdf files, excel, powerpoint, email, messaging, IM-ing, taking pics and video, playing games, watching movies and all sorts of stuff. its got a touch screen that is pretty nifty. it also has the ability to run nintendo, super nintendo and sega genesis games ;) plus the keyboard slides out the side so you can type with your thumbs and not have to use stupid t-9by the way, my old sony phone is up for sale at $175... for the most mint condition phone that takes the best pics that a cameraphone will ever take... ask anyone that knows me and they will tell you how anal i am about keeping my phones in good condition... i mean for christs sake, i wont even let my girlfriend straddle me on the couch without pausing to take my phone out of my pocket!!!!

this is my coin collection I had almost forgotten about until i started digging through my closet.... these are all foreign coins from around the world that i have been collecting since i was a kid... not that ive been to all of these places but i have visited a few... there are coins in here from england, ireland, scotland, wales, aruba, bahamas, africa, mexico, greece, japan and a bunch of others...

ok so my jaw hit the floor when i walked in my house this morning... my dog got a good grooming session last night and is now oficially the cutest dog ive seen this year!

finally found out that these flowers i like so much (because they make gret photo subjects) were petunias... anyways heres my experiment results with macro mode on the camera in so-so lighting... still came out pretty good...

for the past three or four months, my cd player in my car hasnt let me listen to a single song all the way through.... it will get right to a good part and then start skipping around to different tracks or ejecting the cd or switching radio stations...i decided enough was enough and took a machete to it....
