Its a Canon SD630 digital camera... its 6 megapixels and after all of my extensive research, probably the best pocketable digital camera for my price range on the market right now. There isnt really much i can tell you about it... it records some REALLY high quality vidoes in addition to taking some really sharp pictures. It takes really nice night time shots due to a high ISO ability. oh, and the LCD screen on the back is 3" when most digital camera screens right now are all stuck at 2.5"anyways, these pics of the camera are probably the last pictures that my trusty camera phone are ever going to take. *tear*ive decided that until probably one year from now, there arent going to be any cameraphones out there that are capable of getting as good of results as a digital camera so why not just buy a small one that can be carried anywhere?p.s. stay tuned because the next phone i get soon is going to be one HELLLLLLLLLLLLL of a high tech gadget!!! ;)

ok, this is why i dont like ferraris (actually its the owners i dont really like).... the car you see below is an F430 which is ferraris new awesome car designed to be cooler then the 360 modena that is ever-so-popular around here... last night was the first chance i got to see one as there arent very many in the state.... so as im drooling at this car, the owner comes out and gets into it and as hes getting in i tell him "nice car" and he just mumbles something like "yeah" and gets into his car.... i ask him if he knew about the exotic car show this coming weekend and hes like "no" very sternly and continues ignoring me. i tell him a few things about it and he just slams the door to his car in my face and without even looking at me says "cool" and immediately begins to ignore me again and starts the car up. now the thing that pisses me off is the fact that this guy didnt look like the typical rich ferrari owner... he was some short fat balding dude wearing a hawaiian print shirt that REALLY didnt look like he even knew what the hell kinda car he just got into much less deserve it at all...my point here is that i have never once been treated with respect from a ferrari owner... just about all of them that ive said "nice car" or even told them a fact about their car that they didnt know, have all just been jerks to me. and this is why i dont like the ferrari crowd. i know its a generalization but some stereotypes are just so god damn true its hard to ignore them. the lamborghini crowd on the other hand has been nothing but friendly whenever i ask a question. it seems like they are actually happy to give you answers and glad to know that there is someone aspiring to have what they have. and they arent all middle aged balding men who buy their cars in order to score dumb blondes. they buy the car for the sheer awesomeness of the car....seriously, if your going to go out and buy a car this friggin flashy and expensive, you better be god damn well prepared to be stared at, gawked at, people whispering behind your back, almost causing traffic accidents when they try to take cell phone pics of it and everything. these things make you a celebrity. end point is that most ferrari owners = douchebags with status symbol cars, and lamborghini owners = car lovers

p.s. do you think it would have went different with this guy if i would have told him "nice car" from inside my lotus??

fireworks!

for this years 4th of july i ended up going to the taste of minnesotas fireworks show down in saint paul. this was the largest display the midwest has ever seen evidently.... 15,000 shells over a half hour period. i must say this was quite possibly the best show ive ever seen in my life. the finale was so loud you couldnt hear the person next to you... anyways, heres the best shot i got from last night...

over the past couple of months, i have randomly been taking pictures of cool lights for some reason.. well i figured it was time to share the two favorites that i have... these are the ones that turned out with no background noise and really cool lights... the rest were somewhat brighter and didnt look as cool... keep in mind yet again that these are from a cameraphone ;) im not too sure yet what im going to do with the rest

friggin excellent day for spotting NICE rare exotic cars yesterday...way to doctors appointment, saw a v8 TT Lotus Esprit by southdale around 4:30

on the way to downtown, saw a red viper on 100 going north...

saw a silver ferrari 360 spyder at bellanotte downtown

then cruising through uptown,saw another viper... yellow this time...

there was some wine tasting event and they had a black lamborghini gallardo and a red ferrari 360


they had a couple maseratis and a bentley but after seeing the above cars they just werent as cool....shade

So tuesday was my 23rd birthday and my girlfriend made me the most awesome cake ever!!! soooooo tasty! Id offer you all a piece but its just too damn good.

found a new rolex that i want and will probly be getting soon enough... its called the oyster datejust and is a lot more bad ass looking then the airking (cheaper model i posted before).... its about a grand more then the previous one, but its so worth it. and if you even need to ask why i want a rolex, tehn you just dont understand why theese watches are so special and you can go away.

This is the old general cinema at centennial lakes that went out of business because of the AMC theaters at southdale. So many memories here. I saw all three of the original star wars movies here when they were re-released as special editions. *tear*... now they want to put condos in here or something stupid.

FAST

today i went to the annual Intermarque european car show at the radisson in plymouth and found this beast there. this is an Ultima GTR and is one of the fastest accelerating cars in the world. It currently holds the world record for going from a complete stop to 100 miles per hour and then braking and coming to a complete stop again in 10.3 seconds. i had read all about these things and dreamed about having one but never thought id actually get to see one in real life.
